2015: Leif was 12th at Plattsburgh, 89th at Saratoga and 48th at the Hoffmann Invitational in his rookie season. He posted a time of 29:03.9 in his only 8-kilometer race of the year.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Leif ran cross country and played baseball and earned All Star honors. He was a member of the National Honor Society, was valedictorian of his senior class and was an honor roll student.
