The 2013 Division III National Outdoor Heptathlon Champion and a four-time All America in that event, Elizabeth Krug joins the Saint track and field coaching staff as an assistant coach.
Elizabeth also earned All America honors in the 2013 indoor pentathlon at Hendrix College and competed indoors for Arkansas State University while a graduate student, posting the fifth all-time ASU performance in the pentathlon and finishing second in the 2015 Sun Belt Conference championships.

She graduated from Hendrix in May of 2014, earning a degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, and served as a volunteer assistant coach there in the spring of 2015.
