2014-15: Won the shot put at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships and finished second at the conference's indoor championship meet ... Also competed in the discus, hammer and weight throw.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Wood set the sectional record in the shot put at Saranac Central and was a four-time sectional champion. The school record holder in the shot put in both indoor and outdoor track, Wood was fourth at the state outdoor track and field championships. Wood also excelled in the classroom as a four-time scholar-athlete award winner, a member of the National Honor Society, a high honor roll student and an alumni of the National Young Leaders Conference.
