2015 Outdoor Season: Finished third in the Liberty League Championship in the steeplechase … Ran a personal best in the steeplechase of 10:05.15 at the NYSCTC Championship.
2014-15 Indoor Season: Ran a personal best in the 5,000 of 15:27.01 at the Terrier Invitational, just his second time under 16 minutes … Competed in the 5,000 at the NYSCTC Championship.
2014 Outdoor Season: Scored at the Liberty League Championship with a sixth-place finish in the steeplechase, finishing in 10:37.49 … Competed in the steeplechase at the NYSCTC Championship.
2013-14 Indoor Season: Competed in the 5,000 at the Liberty League Championship … Ran a 3,000 personal best of 9:30.27 at the Saints Holiday Relays.
Prior to St. Lawrence
Ben was named a Suburban Council All Star and served as team captain at Bethlehem. He was a member of both the Art and Music Honor Societies. He competed for the cross country and track and field teams at Bethlehem.
