2013-14: Al competed in the dashes and long and triple jumps. He was fifth in the Holiday Relays in the 60 and also ran the 200 and 400 indoors and the 100 outdoors He won the long jump in the Indoor Invitational and was sixth in the Liberty League and was third in the triple jump in the Indoor Invitational and fourth in the Liberty League.

2012-13: Al competed in the sprints and long jump in his rookie season. He ran the 60, 200 and 300 indoors and the 100 and 200 outdoors and also competed in the relays.

Al Kabia joins his brother Omaru on the Saint track and field team after an outstanding career at Port Richmond High School where he played football and ran track. He earned All City and All Borough honors and was an Honor Roll student, earning All City and All Borough Academic honors.
