He was the MVP his senior year and was named All-Monroe Country Player of the Year...His team finished in the final four in the 2018 Florida State Cup and Nelson also played with the GPS Spain Academy in the 208-2019 season... Nelson was an honor roll student and recipient of the Outstanding Student and Patriot Award.
