Lillis played soccer at Wilton High School where he was a three year varsity starter...In 2019, he competed in the Connecticut Class L State Championship Game and captained the team to the Conference Title in 2020 while receiving All-FCIAC honors...Lillis also played varsity basketball while at Wilton having received the Sportsmanship Award his Senior year...Additionally, Lillis was awarded the Wilton High School Four-Year Scholar Athlete award while also being a member of the National Honor and Spanish Honor Societies.
