Biography

2014: A two season captain and consistent presence in the midfield for the Saints, Provost finished third on the team in scoring as a senior with four goals and six assists for 14 points. He was also second on the team with three game-winning goals; the biggest of which came in the Liberty League Championship match against RPI that earned the Saints a 1-0 victory and a trip to the NCAA Tournament.  A Liberty League All-Academic team member, he was also selected at second team All-Conference and first team All-Region at season’s end. 

2013:  Provost, the Saints' assistant captain, surged offensively in his junior season, scoring 21 points (6g,9a), while making contributions on the defensive end of the field.  He earned Liberty League Second Team honors and was also named to the All-Academic team and a Capital One Academic All-District III selection.

2012:  Provost recorded a career-high seven points in his sophomore season with the Saints.  His second goal of the season was the game-winner in overtime against Eastern Connecticut State in St. Lawrence's NCAA tournament first round game.  He also earned a spot on the Dean's List and the Liberty League's All-Academic team for his efforts in the classroom.   Provost will serve as the team's assistant captain next season, and will also represent the men's soccer team on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. 

2011: Provost was a key contributor for the Saints as a rookie, coming off the bench to turn in valuable minutes at forward and midfield. he scored his first collegiate goal in a 4-0 win over Rochester and assisted on the game winner in a 1-0 win over Gordon. He scored his first collegiate post-season goal in the 3-2 overtime win at Western New England.
