Abad played basketball and lacrosse at Longmeadow... He captained both teams his senior year and was named a 2017 US Lacrosse All-American and 2017 Western Massachusetts Boys Lacrosse Player of the Year... He averaged 19 points per game in basketball... Abad was a four-time first honors student.
