Biography
2016: Vautour was a team captain and earned First-Team All-Liberty League honors as well as All-Region honors from the ECAC Metro/Upstate NY region and IMCLA North region … He led the Saints with a school-record 64 goals and finished with 81 points … He was also the team leader with nine game-winning goals and 11 man-up goals and finished second on the team with 66 ground balls … His 64 goals broke the single-season record of 59 goals set by Scott Fetterolf in 1979 … His 129 career goals ranks seventh on the all-time list and his 183 career points is 12th best at St. Lawrence … He scored a season-best six goals in a game four times with six against Franklin & Marshall, Vassar, SUNY Potsdam and New England College … He scored 17 goals in the four NCAA Tournament games including six against New England College and five against Tufts … He scored the game-winning goal in each of the first three games of the season and in each of the first two games of the NCAA Tournament against New England College and Springfield … He earned a spot on the USILA Scholar All-America team.
2015: Vautour started all 17 games for the Saints and earned All-Liberty League honors as an Honorable Mention selection … He finished third in the team standings with 30 goals, 20 assists and 50 points … He led the team with four game-winning goals … He had at least one goal in each of the 17 games … He scored a season-best seven points with three goals and four assists against Utica College … He also had five-point games against Western New England and Geneseo … His 32 groundballs were fifth on the team.
2014: Vautour started 13 of the 14 games for the Saints as a sophomore. He was tied for the team lead with 16 assists and was third on the team with 26 points. He recorded a season=best three assists against Skidmore. Scored a season-high four points in three different games with two goals and two assists against Babson, Middlebury and RIT.
2013: Vautour was a tremendous addition to the Saints' offense in his rookie season, as he led the team with 25 goals in 15 games and finished 9th in the Liberty League in goals per game. A four-time conference Rookie of the Week, he earned Liberty League Honorable Mention status and scored the game-winning tallies against Skidmore and Clarkson.
Prior to St. Lawrence
Vautour was a decorated lacrosse player, earning US Lacrosse All-American status and team MVP while graduating on the Honor Roll. The Hampton, New Brunswick native was the school's Male Athlete of the Year, First Team All-League and served as the captain for both the lacrosse and hockey teams.
