2017: DeNicola ranked second on the Saints squad with 43 goals and five assists for 48 points…He ranked fifth in the Liberty League averaging 2.26 goals per game… He also picked up 40 ground balls and caused four turnovers… He hit a season-high five goals twice throughout the season in the Saints’ wins over Nazareth and SUNY Potsdam… He also picked up a season-high of six ground balls in the Liberty League championship game at RIT…His between-the-legs goal during the conference semifinals appeared on Sports Center’s Top 10 Plays of the Day…He also earned All-Liberty League honorable mention honors.

2016: DeNicola appeared in all 21 games and made four starts for the Saints in his third season with the team … He finished with 33 points on 26 goals and seven assists … He had a season-high five goals in the win over Bard and also started the season with five goals in the first two games with three against Franklin & Marshall and two against Utica College … He recorded eight goals in a three-game stretch in the middle of the year with three goals against Salve Regina, two against Union and three more against Geneseo … He was credited with the game-winning goal against Clarkson and earned selection to the Liberty League weekly honor roll on April 11.

2015: DeNicola played in nine games and finished the season with 11 goals and one assist for 12 points … He recorded two goals each against Castleton, Vassar and Bard … He had a season-best three points in the Castleton game and again in the Bard contest … Scored goals in eight of the nine games he played in.

2014: DeNicola played in one game in his first year with the Saints making an appearance in the Vassar game.

Prior to St. Lawrence
DeNicola was a dual-sport athlete, captaining both the lacrosse and hockey teams while earning honor roll status.  The Hamden, CT native was a two-time Southern Connecticut All-Area selection and was a four-time team MVP for lacrosse.  He was also honored four times as a First Team choice for All-FAA and was a two-time First Team All-WNESSLA selection.
