Prior to St. Lawrence

Sipher played football, basketball and lacrosse at Hugh C. Williams. He earned Second-Team All-Northern honors his junior year and was named team captain and earned First-Team All-Northern, US Lacrosse All-American and Watertown Daily Times NAC MVP during his senior year. Sipher moved on to play basketball and lacrosse at Gunnery and earned All-New England Honorable Mention honors. He was also and honor roll student.
