Ryan (R.J.) Ehli has recently been named the new men's lacrosse assistant coach for the 2019 season.
Prior to joining the Stains staff, Ehli served as the Associate Lacrosse Coach of the 2020 Outlaws Select Travel Team, traveling to multiple tournaments throughout the East Coast and providing on and off the field coaching and mentoring.
On the field, Ehli was a four-year varsity athlete and team captain for the Plattsburgh State Cardinals and was a member of the 2017 SUNYAC championship team.
In addition, the Smithtown, New York native was a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and successfully created and executed a campaign raising $8,500 for a local non-profit organization. He also helped raise money for the St. Baldricks and Headstrong foundations.
Ehli holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in public relations and marketing from Plattsburgh.
