Bell started his junior career with the Blackfalds Bulldogs of the AJHL playing in 84 games scoring 20 goals and 26 assists... He would move to the Humboldt Broncos of the SJHL during the 2022-23 season and played in 26 games to close the season with 16 points... Bell played 55 games for the Broncos in 2023-24 and produced offense at will with 47 goals and 41 assists for 88 points.
