Biography

2011-12:Nic played in nine games for the Saints as a sophomore.

2010-11: Nic Vangog made great progress throughout his rookie season for the Saints and finished the year with eight points, all on assists. He scored his first collegiate assist in a 3-1 loss at Clarkson on Nov. 20 and had his first career multi-point game in the playoffs at Princeton, assisting on two of the three Saint goals in a 3-2 win. He also had two assists in a 4-3 overtime win in the quarterfinals at Yale and six of his eight points in his rookie season came in the playoffs.

A big, physical forward, Nic Vangog scored 20 goals and had 20 assists for the Aurora Tigers in his final year of junior hockey. He was named to the OPJHL Future Stars team in 2008-09 and also played volleyball and lacrosse in high school. He was high school volleyball MVP for four seasons and was an Ontario Scholar. He is the son of Rick and Andra Vangog.
