Biography

2011-12: Matt missed the entire 2011-12 season due to injury.

2010-11: Matt Dyer played in 25 games as a sophomore, most of them at center after starting the season on defense. He scored his first collegiate goal on the power play in a win at Sacred Heart and had an assist in game one of the Ferris State series and game two of the Michigan Tech series.

2009-10: Matt Dyer appeared in nine games for the Saints as a rookie and scored his first collegiate point with an assist in a 4-3 win at Clarkson.

One of  five rookie defensemen on the Saint roster, Matt Dyer had eight goals and 16 assists in 43 games for the South Shore Kings in the EJHL last season. He had five power play goals, a shorthander and two game winners. He also played lacrosse and soccer at the Gunnery School and was captain of the soccer team and led the lacrosse team in scoring as a senior.
