Biography

2023-24 Season

Played in one game for the Saints during his first-year stopping 38 shots in a loss at Quinnipiac... Played 58 minutes in net for the Scarlet and Brown in their exhibition game against the USNTDP U-18 team stopping 30 shots. 

Prior to St. Lawrence

Kucenski played in the USHL for two seasons with two different teams. During the 2021-2022 season, he took the net for the Omaha Lancers, posting a .870 save percentage and a 3.36 goals against over eight games. He then moved to the Madison Capitals, where he picked up five wins, a 3.13 goals against and a .895 save percentage over 10 contests. The Gill, Mass., native tallied nine wins with a .849 save percentage during the 2022-2023 season, again with Madison. Kucenski played high school hockey at Vermont Academy, where he served as the team's assistant captain, and posted a .891 save percentage over 24 games in 2021.
