Jan “Zigy” Lasak, a native of Surany, Slovakia, comes to Canton from the Janesville Jets of the NAHL where he tallied 55 points in 51 games off 27 goals and 28 assists… Lasak also played 13 games for the Jets in 2019-20 scoring six goals an tallying six assists for 12 points before playing 25 games for the Muskegon Lumberjacks of the USHL where he scored three times… Lasak is the son of former NHL goaltender Jan Lasak, who was drafted in the second round of the 1999 NHL Draft by the Nashville Predators.
