Biography

2019-20 Season

Stevens played in 33 games on the blue line for the Saints as a junior, finishing with 10 points on a pair of power-play goals and eight assists…His first point of the season was an assist on the overtime game-winning goal at Union on November 9…He recorded points in back-to-back games on three different occasions throughout the year.

2018-19 Season

Despite missing eight games due to injury, Stevens was second in scoring among St. Lawrence defensemen with three goals and 10 assists for 13 points and was third on team with 46 blocked shots on the year…He finished with three multi-point games, had a three-game points streak in the second half and was named to the ECAC Hockey All-Academic Team.

2017-18 Season

Stevens led the rookie class in scoring with 15 points and finished second on the team in assists with 13...One of only a handful of players to play in all 37 games, he finished with four multi-point games...He scored his first collegiate goal on the power play against Union on November 3...Stevens was named the team's Rookie of the Year at the end of the season.

Prior to St. Lawrence

Stevens finished second on the team in scoring with Victoria in 2016-17 with 53 points in 58 games played on eight goals and 45 assists and was named the BCHL's Top Defenseman...He helped the Grizzlies to the BCHL Island Division regular season championship and playoff championship and earned Second-Team All-Star honors...At Lake Forest Academy he played both hockey and baseball and served as captain and named MVP of both teams...In addition, he was an honor roll student and named to the Dean's List.
