Prior to St. Lawrence

Mitchell played in 57 games over two seasons with the Shreveport Mudbugs of the NAHL between 2021 and 2023 before moving to the AJHL to play for the Blackfalds Bulldogs. The defensemen nabbed two goals in 15 games with Blackfalds and totaled 18 assists throughout his junior career. Mitchell also played for the Kemptville 73’s “A” from 2019-2020, posting a pair of goals and 10 assists.
