Prior to St. Lawrence
Pappas comes to Canton after two successful campaigns with the Brooks Bandits… He played in only 18 games in 2020-21 but was able to produce at a high level putting up 27 points on 10 goals and 17 assists… In 2019-2020, Pappas put up 58 points in 58 games scoring 22 goals and tallying 36 assists…Prior to his time with the Bandits he was a standout for the Toronto Patriots of the OJHL where he had 47 points in 53 games…In high school with Richview Collegiate, Pappas was the MVP of his hockey team and also played golf and lacrosse…He was also an Honor Roll student all four years.
