Biography

2022-23 Season 

Buhl played in 35 games during his senior year and set a career-high in goals with nine... Buhl, who was second on the team with 18 points also set a creer-high with the tally... The forward was lethal on the power play with six goals on the man-advantage. 

2021-22 Season 

Buhl tallied eight points in his junior season scoring four goals and tallying four assists in 32 games… The junior turned in a multi-point game against Lake Superior State on 10/29/21 with a goal and an assist… Buhl also scored a key game tying goal against Brown on 3/6/22 in Game Three of the Saints’ ECAC First Round series win.

2020-21 Season

Buhl led the Skating Saints during his sophomore season with 15 points on five goals and a team-leading 10 assists in 17 games…The Minnesota native scored two game-winning goals on the year including the overtime winner against Colgate on 3/18/21 to send the Skating Saints to the ECAC Championship game.
2019-20 Season
Buhl recorded five points on one goal and four assists through 29 games played in his rookie season, including his first collegiate goal at Princeton on February 14…He also recorded one multi-point game on the year.

Prior to St. Lawrence

Buhl spent the last three seasons with the Magicians, served as assistant captain in 2018-19 and is coming off his best season offensively, as he finished with 61 points in 54 games played…He was named to the NAHL All-Midwest Team and is the Magicians’ all-time points leader…At South St. Paul Secondary he played both hockey and golf and was a two-time All-Conference selection in hockey…He finished second all-time in points and was also a member of the Honor Society.
