2016-17: Frame helped the varsity eight row to a second-place finish at Hamilton and a 31^st-place finish at the Head of the Charles Regatta… He also earned Liberty League All-Academic honors.

2015-16: Frame rowed in the novice eight which took home first-place at Ithaca and the Liberty League Championships and third at the New York State Championships… The novice crew finished up the season with a first-place finish in the petite final at the NIRC Championships… The novice eight was selected as Liberty League Novice Crew of the Year.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Frame was a member of the crew, lacrosse and soccer teams at Pittsford-Sutherland … He was the captain of the crew team and an honor roll student.
