Biography
2016-17: Baumen rowed in the men’s JV boat at the New York State Championships and took second place with the second varsity eight at the Liberty League Championships… He also earned Liberty League All-Academic honors.
2015-16: Baumen rowed in the second varsity eight and took home third-place at the Liberty League Championships and fifth-place at the New York State Championships… He also earned Liberty League All-Academic honors.
2014-15: Baumen helped the JV eight row to a fourth-place finish at the Bridge-to-Bridge Regatta… He also helped the varsity four to a fifth-place finish at the ECAC Championships.
2013-14: Baumen competed in the novice four boat during his first year with the Saints and helped earn a 1st place finish at Rochester… He also helped the novice four row to a bronze medal at the New York State Championships.
Prior to St. Lawrence
Bauman competed on the crew team and earned induction into the National Honor Society. An honor roll student, he won multiple regattas as a coxswain and as a rower.
