Anna Kaszycki

Anna Kaszycki was hired as an assistant coach with the St. Lawrence University men's and women's rowing teams in 2015.

Kaszycki comes to Canton after a four-year rowing career at Syracuse University that included a year as an assistant coach with the Orange. As a junior, she rowed for the Varsity 8 that finished second at the ACC Championships and was also a member of the Varsity 8 that placed second in the Big East Championships as a sophomore.

She was a member of the Varsity 8 as a freshman and sophomore and rowed for the Varsity 4 as a junior that was ranked No. 7 in the country.

The native of Brisbane, Australia rowed two years for the Australian Junior National Team. As a member of the Junior Women’s Double scull in 2008, she finished seventh at the Junior World Rowing Championships and in 2009, rowed for the Junior Women’s Four that won the Junior World Rowing Championship.

In 2010 and 2011, Kaszycki rowed for Queensland with the Junior Women’s Eight that won titles at the Australian National Rowing Championships.

Kaszycki majored in Psychology and Sociology at Syracuse and worked extensively with the Psychological Research Lab, Alcohol and Decision Making as a research assistant.
