Prior to St. Lawrence

Lederman achieved undefeated seasons in both football and wrestling as a senior at Natick High School, where he was the captain of both teams. While at Natick, the wrestling team won the Division 2 state championship. Lederman was one of two quarterbacks on the Massachusetts All-State top-26 team and was awarded All-Scholastic honors from the Boston Globe and the Boston Herald, MetroWest Daily News All-Star, Baystate League MVP, and was a three-year league all-star. Lederman recorded 60 touchdowns and more than 5,500 passing yards during his career. He also ran for 1,975 career rushing yards without a single fumble in three seasons. Lederman also lettered in track and field in his time at Natick High School.
