Prior to St. Lawrence

Hoyt was a member of the football team at Fox Lane High School. Hoyt was the Varsity Football Team Captain in 2021 and was named New York Section 1 Class AA All-Section and All-League, New York Section 1 Class AA League C Most Outstanding Defensive Lineman and 2021 Team MVP. He was also a member of the high honor roll between grades 9-12 and was a part of the National Honor Society in grade 11 and 12.
