Team Defensive Scout Team Player of the Week (Oct. 29)

Prior to St. Lawrence

Turner earned Second-Team All-League honors twice at defensive end and after being named Honorable Mention All-League honors at guard as a sophomore. The captain of the football and basketball teams, Turner was the valedictorian of his class, an honor roll student, a member of the National Honor Society and a CVAC All-Academic Award recipient. In the summer of 2016, he volunteered in Nicaragua for a week, building homes, delivering food to local residents and serving as an interpreter.
