2017: Played an important role as a member of the scout team.

2016: After two years as backup quarterback, Charter became a wide receiver as a junior. He was a member of the scout team units, but will look to compete for a more regular spot as a senior.

2015: Charter was one of the backup quarterbacks for the Saints and was a member of the scout team units … He earned the offensive scout player of the week award in week three.

2014: Charter did not see action as a quarterback in his first year.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Charter was a dual-sport athlete, earning all-league honors and serving as captain for both the football and basketball teams. The Needham, MA native was also a two-time Boston Globe "Player of the Week" for his efforts on the gridiron.
