Warden was First-Team All-Northern, Times All-North and Honorable Mention All-State selection for Potsdam, where he also played hockey and lacrosse. At the Salisbury School, he was a team captain and an Honorable Mention All-Erickson League selection. He was an honor roll student at both institutions.
