Prior to St. Lawrence

Mortellite set school records passing touchdowns in a game, season and career and passing yards in a season and career at Lynnfield. He was the league's Offensive MVP, a five-time Boston Globe Player of the Week, a two-time Lynn Item Player of the Week and a member of the Daily Item All-Star Team. An honor roll student, Morellite also volunteered in food drives and a health fair.
