Timothy Kologrivov joined the Saints' football staff in the spring of 2018 as the recruiting coordinator/defensive line coach. In 2018, he helped coach a defensive line that led the Liberty League with 34 total tackles for a loss. Prior to the 2019 season, Kologrivov became the Saints' special teams coordinator and moved to coaching linebackers. He will also coordinate the team's strength development training.
Kologrivov joined the Saints' staff after spending the previous three seasons as a defensive line coach at Susquehanna University, where he helped the River Hawks improve their record each season, moving from a 2-8 record in the year before his arrival to an 8-3 record with a win in the Centennial-MAC Bowl in 2017. In his final year at Susquehanna, the River Hawks finished the season ranked 24th nationally in total defense and led the Centennial  Conference with just 172.9 passing yards allowed per game.Â
A 2015 University of Albany graduate, Kologrivov was a team co-captain and led the Great Danes in sacks and tackles for a loss as a senior.
