Rob Look joined the St. Lawrence University coaching staff as an assistant coach for the 2015 season. The former linebacker and defensive coach at Washington & Lee University works primarily with the Saint linebackers.

In 2015, linebackers Alec Dietsch (First-Team) and Jayson Leigh (Honorable Mention) earned All-Liberty League honors.

Look started three seasons at linebacker for Washington & Lee earning All-ODAC (Old Dominion Athletic Conference) honors with a Second-Team selection as a sophomore and a First-Team award as a senior.

After graduating with a degree in Physics Engineering in 2012, Look remained on the coaching staff for two seasons with the Generals.

In addition to playing football for Washington & Lee, Look was a standout midfielder and faceoff specialist for four seasons with the Men’s Lacrosse team.

Look finished his football career with 254 tackles and appeared in all 40 games over four seasons. He notched a career-high 17 tackles in a 34-30 win over Randolph-Macon College in his senior year earning ODAC Defensive Player of the Week honors.
