Prior to St. Lawrence

Pollard was a three-sport athlete at Kimball Union and was the captain of the field hockey, Nordic skiing and lacrosse teams. She was a two-time All-Lakes Region selection in field hockey and earned a spot on the All-NEPSAC Tournament Team and won the George Akerstrom Award. She also excelled in the classroom, earning Academic All-America honors, staying on the High Academic Honor Roll all four years, and was a Cullman Scholar and Henry Mann Silver Award recipient.
