Karwowski was a dual-sport athlete at New Hartford High School playing on both the field hockey and lacrosse teams…She was the field hockey team’s Most Valuable Player in 2017, earned the Most Improved Player Award for lacrosse in 2017 and was then named to the Second All-Star Team for lacrosse in 2018…Karwowski was also an honor roll student.
