Prior to St. Lawrence

Sweatt played lacrosse, field hockey, and ice hockey at Proctor Academy. For field hockey, she was a team captain, earned the coach’s award in 2023 and 2024, All-NEPSAC in 2025, Lakes Region League Champion of Character in 2025, Lakes Region All-Star in 2024, and the Varsity Athlete Award for high performance in two sports 2026. In lacrosse, she was also a team captain, earned team MVP honors in 2025 and 2026, Lakes Region All-Star in 2024, 2025, 2026, NEPSAC Honorable Mention honors in 2024, the Team 110% award and Dual County League All-Star at Newton South High School 2023. She was also awarded the Alan S. Burshaw Hugh Effort and the Citizenship Award 2026, and earned head's list and effort honor roll in 2024, 2025, and 2026.
