2012: Courtney had a huge senior season for the Saints, leading the team in goals with 12 and tying for the assist lead with five. She was named second team All Liberty League and also earned Liberty League All Academic honors. She was the Liberty League Offensive Player of the Week Oct. 29 after tying the Saint record for assists in a game with four and scoring the game winner in a victory over Morrisville.
2011: In her junior season, Cartier compiled 11 points (5g,1a) and two game-winners for the Saints. A major in biology, the Hudson Falls, NY native earned Liberty League All-Academic honors for her efforts in the classroom. Â
2010:Â Courtney played in 12 games for the Saints in her sophomore season where she scored three goals, including a game-winner.Â
2009:
Courtney had a solid
rookie season for the Saints, playing in 10 games. The Hudson Falls, NY native scored her first
goal against Rochester to help her team earn a 7-1
victory. Courtney, a biology/pre-med major at St. Lawrence, also contributed two
assists throughout the season.
At Hudson Falls
Courtney was a three-sport athlete, competing in field hockey, basketball, and softball. In field hockey, she captained her team and was a First-Team All Foothills member from 2007-08. In 2008, Courtney qualified for the All-State Team, and competed in the Empire State Games that summer. She was also a member of the Post-Star First Team, as well as the Times Union Second Team.Â
