Prior to St. Lawrence

Williams was a three-season athlete in high school, competing on the field hockey team, as well as the indoor and outdoor track teams...She captained the field hockey team, was a two-time NFHCA Academic All-American and First-Team All-Division and Third-Team All-State selection...She also captained the track team and was a three-time state group finalist, Monmouth County silver medalist and two-time All-District Honorable Mention selection - all for the shot put...In addition, she was the female athlete recipient of the NJ Shore Conference Sportsmanship Award, earned 10 varsity letters and was a member of the National Honor Society.
