Prior to St. Lawrence

Blondek was a tri-sport athlete at Proctor Academy. She was a member of the field hockey, Alpine skiing and tennis teams and was captain of the tennis team. She received Lakes Region All-Star honors in field hockey and tennis and was an honor roll student.
