Participants can wear their work clothes, as fitness clothes will not be necessary. The cost od this class is 1/2 the cost of a regular class because it’s only 30 minutes. We’ll do a 5 minute warm up, 10-15 face exercises, and 5 minutes of relaxation at the end.
