St. Lawrence University Athletics

The Hoffmann Cross Country Course, named after former Saints football standout and multi-sport coach Ronald C. Hoffmann, has played host to several major events including both State and NCAA Regional Championships.  An all-natural trail that follows two rivers,  has played host to several major events, including both the State and NCAA Regional meets.  The course follows two rivers and consists of grass, stone dust and pine needle trail.
