As a junior, Sterling recorded three assists, blocked 14 shots and won 37 faceoffs.
2022-23 Season
Sterling notched one goal and three assists for four points as a sophomore. She also blocked 14 shots and won 41 faceoffs.
2021-22 Season
During her first year with the Saints, Sterling played in 37 games and tallied five goals and seven assists for 12 points. She scored once on the power play, tallied one game winner, blocked 16 shots and won 137 faceoffs.

Prior to St. Lawrence
Sterling played hockey and field hockey at Sacred Heart High School. She was a varsity captain for both teams and earned MVP honors in both sports. She was a Regional School Board Champion and was named Sacred Heart's Female Athlete of the Year. Sterling was an honor roll student, earned a French Immersion Bilingual Certificate and was awarded the top mark in Introduction to Business and Recreation and Healthy Active Living Leadership.
