2013: Heath worked his way into the starting line-up for the Saints' defensive line as a junior, making 21 tackles in nine games played. He added 1.0 tackles for a loss including a half sack in the win over Rochester, helping the defense finish second in the conference and first in sacks and pass defense.

2012: Heath did not compete for St. Lawrence in his sophomore year.

2011: Heath played in four games along the defensive front for the Saints as a rookie, recording three tackles including two against nationally-ranked Alfred.

Heath was a dual-sport athlete, participating in football as well as track and field. The Rochester, NY native served as a team captain for the football squad in his senior season on the way to earning All-Conference accolades.
