Performers of the Week:

Men's Soccer Defensive Performer of the Week: Sammy Bothwell
Bothwell's breakout season kicked into high gear this past week as the sophomore helped the Saints to wins over No. 7 Cortland and No. 14 Hobart. In St. Lawrence's midweek matchup with the Red Dragons, the midfielder scored a brace in the 2-1 win, for the program's first win over a top-10 team since 2012. Bothwell followed that up with the game-winning goal against Hobart on the weekend and tacked on an assist in the 2-0 win.

Men's Soccer Defensive Performer of the Week: Zach Amato
Amato continues to be a stalwart in goal and was key in the Saints' wins over No. 7 Cortland and No. 14 Hobart. The sophomore faced 13 shots in each game this past week, and in the team's 2-1 win over Cortland, Amato stopped seven shots to help secure the win. The sophomore stopped both shots he faced against No. 14 Hobart over the weekend for the clean sheet and the team's second win over a ranked opponent.

Men's Tennis Rookie of the Week: Kameron Fernandez
Fernandez bested his fellow first-year Marco Lee at the Garnet Charger Invite over the weekend, winning the C singles consolation final. He then advanced in doubles out of the quarterfinals alongside Lee before being dropped to the 3-4 playoff in the consolation bracket, where they won 7-5 for third-place. 

Football Special Teams Performer of the Week: Rory McGuire
McGuire had his longest punt of the season in the Saints' contest against Alfred, booting one for a career-high 53 yards. He had a 50-plus yarder for the second consecutive game, and landed two punts inside the Saxons' red zone. He had 211 total yards on five points for an average of 42.2 yards. 

Men's Cross Country Rookie of the Week: Nico Conathan-Leach 
Conathan-Leach paced St. Lawrence with an eighth-place finish in 26:07.0 after having the top finish for the Scarlet and Brown in their season-opener in Plattsburgh on September 5.
