Ten Saints scored, led by five points from
Cate Rathnam, as the St. Lawrence University women's lacrosse team shutout Bard 16-0 in their regular-season finale on Saturday afternoon in Annadale-on-Hudson, N.Y.
Rathnam tallied three goals and two assists, while Tallie Tarbell recorded a pair of goals and assists.
Ashley Mudd,
Phoebe Spaeth, and
Jolie Osborne all recorded two goals, while Carloine Hamilton and
Jessica LaPlaca tallied a goal and two assists.

Kelsey O'Brien picked up a team-best five ground balls and caused three turnovers, while Spaeth caused four turnovers and
Keira Dodd one five draw controls.
The Saints got the ball rolling and never looked back, opening the game with a 5-0 run in the first quarter, and building a 9-0 lead at halftime on a last-second goal from Rathnam.
The Saints scored five goals in the third and finished off with two more in the fourth quarter for the 16-0 final.
"Our offense played unselfishly and generated quality looks," said head coach
Tom Ryan. "Lexi Blackburn had a solid performance for them in net and our draw team had another strong day led by Keira and her relentless effort."
Rian Sullivan led Bard with five ground balls and six caused turnovers.
Zoe Froimovitz made one stop for the Saints, while Lexie Blackburn made 14 for Bard.
St. Lawrence outshot Bard 30-1, went 17-0 on draw controls, picked up 26 ground balls, and  went a perfect 12-for-12 on the clear.
The Saints improved to 9-6 overall and 6-4 in conference play, while Bard fell to 1-13 and 0-10.
SLU heads to Rochester for the first round of the Liberty League playoffs on Tuesday, April 28. Â
"The team is playing well and we are excited for the playoffs," Coach Ryan added.
