Liberty League Weekly Awards & Honors: March 2, 2026

Performers of the Week:
Women's Squash Performer of the Week:
Angel Otshabeng
Otshabeng dominated for the Saints at the CSA Team Nationals, leading the program to its first-ever Walker Cup from her spot at one. She opened her weekend against Chatham and defeated Clara Brage 11-4, 11-8,11-5, then downed Bates' Aasya Patel 11-6, 11-7, 11-5 as the Scarlet and Brown advanced to the Final. In the Championship match, she swept Franklin & Marshall's Ashanti Amastal 11-9, 11-6, 11-6. 

Women's Squash Rookie of the Week:
Eboni Atherley
Atherley was equally as effective as Otshabeng, going 3-0 from the number two spot. The newcomer beat Chatham's Vasundhra Vasanthan 8-11, 11-0, 8-11, 14-12, 11-6, then took down Bates Tia Billimoria 11-9, 11-7, 6-11, 6-11, 11-6. In the final, she earned a sweep, defeating Rory Dasher 11-6, 11-8, 11-2. 

Women's Tennis Singles Performer of the Week: Molly Jespersen
Jespersen was tremendous for the Saints in singles play, taking on RIT's Kira Kronenberg at two singles. The senior dominated to the tune of 6-1, 6-1 to help lead the Saints to a win. 

Women's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week: Angelica Aksdal-Jansen/Molly Jespersen
The senior tandem of Aksdal-Jansen and Jespersen played just one doubles match, but it was a good one as they lined up against RIT's Emily Greb and Kira Kronenberg at number one and won 6-2. 

Women's Lacrosse Defensive Performer of the Week: Zoe Froimovitz
Froimovitz was solid in goal for the Saints' 13-8 win over SUNY Geneseo on Saturday. She recorded 15 saves for an 8.00 goals against average and a .652 save percentage.

Men's Track & Field Track Performer of the Week: Nick Lyndaker
Lyndaker did it again at the Liberty League championship on Friday and Saturday, earning the third mile run championship of his career with a time of 4:10.95, and also added a 3000-meter run championship. He set the facility record at RIT in the 3000, and also broke the LL record in that event. The Canton native was named Most Outstanding Track Performer of the Meet for his efforts.

Women's Track & Field Rookie of the Week: Ella Baker
Baker proved she was among the best in the conference on the straightaway, pulling away for second place in a hotly contested 200-meter dash final, where she placed with a time of 25.75. In the 60-meter dash, she narrowly missed her PR with a time of 7.88, good enough for third overall in the conference.
