The St. Lawrence University men's basketball team overcame a five-point halftime deficit to defeat Hobart College 70-65 at Bristol Gym on Friday night. The Saints outscored the Statesmen 43-33 in the second half to improve to 12-10 overall and 10-5 in Liberty League play.

St. Lawrence relied on a balanced scoring attack led by
Dan Anderson, who finished with a game-high 21 points on 8-13 shooting.
Adam Dudzinski contributed 15 points and six rebounds, while
Aidan Phelan provided 11 points off the bench.

The Saints received a plethora of offense coming off the bench, outscoring the Hobart reserves 20-2.

Hobart held the lead for much of the first half, heading into the locker room with a 32-27 advantage.. Despite Hobart's 48.9 percent shooting from the field, the Saints utilized defensive pressure to force 19 turnovers.

The Saints excelled in transition, finishing the game with 21 fast-break points. While St. Lawrence struggled at the free-throw line, shooting 14-26, their high number of shots helped them into the lead in the second half.

With the win, the Saints remain in the upper tier of the Liberty League standings as they move toward the final games of the regular season, beginning with a 4 p.m. start in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. against Skidmore.
