Performers of the Week:

Women's Tennis Singles Performer of the Week: Angelica Aksdal-Jansen
Aksdal-Jansen was a force for the Saints over the weekend, leading the Scarlet and Brown to a 2-0 weekend. On Saturday, the junior took on RIT's Maya McDaniel and cruised to a 6-1, 6-1 win at number one, then on Sunday, she battled to a 7-6, 6-1 win over Ithaca's number one, Taylor Crain. Aksdal-Jansen also teamed up with Elisa Iuri to go 2-0 in doubles play over the weekend against RIT and Ithaca's number two teams. 

Women's Tennis Rookie of the Week: Elisa Iuri
Iuri was perfect on the weekend for the Saints going 4-0 in their wins over RIT and Ithaca. On Saturday, Iuri teamed up with Aksdal-Jansen for a doubles win at number two before defeating Melanie Saborio 6-0, 6-0 from the number three singles spot. On Sunday, the newcomer picked up another win alongside Aksdal-Jansen in doubles, then cruised to a 6-1, 6-0 win over Sabrina Cheung.

Men's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week: Jamie Rosenzweig
Rosenzweig tallied two goals and an assist for three points on a 2-0 week for the Saints, as they posted a 14-4 win over SUNY Potsdam and a 10-5 win over Vassar.
