Gabe Ward claimed the individual title, leading the St. Lawrence University men's golf team to a dual-match win over SUNY Canton on Monday afternoon at the Turning Stone Golf Resort in Verona, N.Y.

Ward birdied five holes and finished one under par to lead the Scarlet and Brown with a 71.

Jimmy King and Sam Lyman both tied for second, shooting just one over, finishing with a 73 each. Kevin Dillion secured the top four spots for the Saints with a 79.

Connor Murphy placed sixth with an 84 and Ben Scholes tied for seventh with an 85.

The Saints combined to shoot just eight over par (296) to claim the win over the Roos, who shot a combined 345.
