The St. Lawrence University men's golf team moved into a first-place tie with Skidmore after round two of the Liberty League Championships at the par-72 Shenendoah Golf Club at the Turning Stone in Verona, N.Y. on Saturday.
Sam Lyman continued to lead the Saints and sits in second place, shooting one under par with a 71 for a combined 141 over Friday and Saturday.
Jimmy King shot three under par during round two and sits in third place with a 142, while
Cooper Evans sits in eighth with a 147.
Wes Bevins is tied for 13th with a 150 after dropping four strokes from his round-one score, while
Ben Scholes is tied for 23rd with a 153.
St. Lawrence shot a combined 294 on Friday and dropped eight stokes, shooting a 286 on Saturday. The Saints are tied with Skidmore, who shot 288 on Friday and a 292 on Saturday. Rochester sits in third with 583 (296, 287).
